Camp Casa 2021

Camp Casa is a two-week musical theatre summer camp for ages 8 – 14 and open to all skill levels, from beginners to accomplished young professionals. Campers will receive training from seasoned theatre and education professionals in acting, singing, and dancing as they rehearse a musical. Instructors focus on giving your camper the skills they need to succeed on and off the stage.

This modern-day holiday classic is sure to make every young performer embrace his or her “inner elf” with plenty of large ensemble numbers featuring elves and (New Yorkers) of every type. It’s a Christmas in July celebration that you won’t want to miss!

What COVID-19 protocols will be in place for Camp Casa?

As of June 2021, masks for all campers and fully vaccinated staff will be strongly encouraged but not required. All staff and campers will still be encouraged to maintain proper hygiene (washing hands, covering coughs and sneezes, remaining home when sick, etc.) and all rehearsal spaces, classrooms, and shared supplies will be sanitized regularly. During classes, lunch and snack breaks, and rehearsals, staff will be cognizant of social distancing and encourage it among campers. Group sizes will remain limited and the use of larger spaces in the building will allow campers to spread out during activities. Campers and their families may make the decision for the camper to wear a face-covering during performances.

How much does Camp Casa cost?

The cost of Camp Casa is $800, including a non-refundable $50.00 registration fee. A deposit of at least 10% of the full cost of the camp is due upon registration. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the start of camp. You may cancel your registration up until 60 days before camp begins. You will receive a refund of the balance, less the $50 registration fee.  After that, you agree to pay your remaining balance unless we are able to register someone from the wait-list to fill your spot.  You will still forfeit your $50 registration fee, even if we are able to fill the spot.
