You can still see the show. Call 817.332.2272 x 3 or stop by the Box Office as soon as possible and we will print replacement tickets.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Yes, starting July 20, 2018, Season Subscribers receive FREE ticket exchanges for a different date. PLUS, once per season, you may exchange your tickets from one production for tickets to any other production in the series.

  • AccountManager is the easiest way to handle exchanges. You can login to your account here.
  • You can also email the Box Office or call 817.332.2272, x3.

There is a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee for tickets exchanged with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Tickets cannot be exchanged after your performance date has passed. If you miss your performance, you can attend another performance of the same production for the cost of a seat pass. Seat passes can be purchased 1 hour before curtain of the performance you are attending for $25 per ticket for Broadway and $10 per ticket for Children’s Theatre. Seat passes are best available.

All exchanges are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. We regret that we cannot issue a refund if you exchange to a lower-priced seating location. If you exchange to a higher-priced seating location, you will be charged the difference.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. If you cannot attend the performance date and time for which your tickets are issued, you can exchange your tickets to another performance date and time of the same production without penalty up-to 24 hours in advance.

Every child 1 year and older must have a ticket to enter the theatre. There are no exceptions to this policy, and no child 1 year and older will be permitted to sit in a parent’s lap without a separate ticket. Please inquire at the Box Office regarding the purchase of lap seat tickets.We do our best to give recommendations for age appropriateness for our shows. Check each individual show page for our recommendation, and please do not hesitate to call our Box Office with any questions.

Casa Mañana is committed to making our performances accessible to everyone. The theatre offers seating to accommodate physically challenged patrons. Tickets for handicap-accessible seating can only be purchased through our Box Office, by calling 817.332.2272 x3.

Infrared headsets are provided by Carson Hearing Care and available at the Box Office when you arrive for your show.

1. Using the web browser on your mobile device, (iPhone or Android) go to casamanana.org and select “login” from the Subscribers drop-down menu. We recommend bookmarking the login page for convenience.

2. Log in using the primary email address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on “Forgot your Password” to have a temporary one emailed to you. If you have any questions, please contact the Box Office at 817.332.2272, ext. 3 or boxoffice@casamanana.org.

3. Select the event you wish to view. Your ticket(s) for that event will be listed. Click “view barcode” to access your tickets. Apple Wallet for iPhone users: after viewing your tickets, tap Add to Apple Wallet and then, on the next screen, click Add.

4. Present this screen at the door and you’re in! To view additional tickets, swipe left for the usher to scan. Please make sure your screen is on the brightest setting for the scanner.

Here at Casa, we live by the phrase “come as you are.” All styles are welcome – whether you’re coming straight from work, you’re dressed up for date night or you’re out with friends for a night on the town – you’re going to fit in! Be mindful, however, that you may have people sitting behind you, so you might want to leave that 10 gallon hat at home. You’re also sitting in close quarters with others, so don’t overdo it with your favorite floral musk.

We suggest you arrive early, as limited free parking is available on a first-come basis in Casa’s parking lot at the southwest corner of University Drive and West Lancaster Avenue. When this lot is full, paid parking will be available in the cultural district. For additional information regarding parking, please visit fortworthtexas.gov/parking/culturaldistrict/.

Since you arrived to snag that parking space, Lobby doors open 1 hour prior to show time and seating begins 30 minutes before curtain. While you’re waiting, visit our bar and concession area for our latest specialty drink or wine selection, grab a snack for the kids or, during our Children’s Theatre shows, shop our gift shop. But, we understand that things happen – the babysitter is late or the “no, I thought you had the tickets” conversation. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Should you arrive late for the show, the House Management staff will seat you at the first appropriate opportunity. If you are unable to take your assigned seat, please accept the available seating and move to your regular seat at intermission.

Want the convenience of having drinks with friends and a show all in one place? Your little one gets hungry every 2 hours? During Broadway shows, we offer a full bar with sophisticated snacks. During Children’s Theatre shows, we offer adult and kid beverages as well as a variety of kid-friendly snacks!

Following Children’s Theatre shows, many of the cast members will join you in the lobby to sign autographs and to take pictures. We invite all to stick around, but please be mindful that others will want to meet Junie B Jones and Frosty and the Cat in the Hat, so please take your pictures and get autographs quickly.

We want to come back next year – Do I get priority renewal as a Season Subscriber?

Yes! As a Season Subscriber, you receive the best seats available, before they go on sale to the public. These seats become your seats for the entire season and are reserved for you during the next subscription renewal period. Renewal information will be mailed when the season is announced. As a Season Subscriber, you will have the option of keeping or improving your seating assignment, depending on availability.

Season Subscribers also receive first notice and the opportunity to order tickets for special shows presented by Casa Mañana. However, we cannot guarantee your same season seating location for special events.
