Time Saving Tip: Bookmark the Subscriber Guide, mark performance dates on your calendar and keep your tickets in a secure place.
What if I lose my tickets?
You can still see the show. Call 817.332.2272 x 3 or stop by the Box Office as soon as possible and we will print replacement tickets. Please note that lost tickets cannot be exchanged.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Season Subscribers have a once per season exchange to a different production. All other ticket exchange policies, fees and deadlines apply.
Season Subscribers receive FREE ticket exchanges. You must present your tickets to the box office at least 24 hours before the performance date and time printed on your tickets. If you cannot present your tickets in person at the box office, you may exchange them by fax at 817.332.5711 or e-mail to email@example.com. Faxed or e-mailed tickets must be torn in half to show that they are voided. Please include your name, a telephone number, and the new date and time for the performance you wish to attend. We regret that we cannot exchange tickets by phone. There is a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee for tickets exchanged with less than 24 hours notice.
All exchanges are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. We regret that we cannot issue a refund if you exchange to a lower-priced seating location. If you exchange to a higher-priced seating location, you will be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be exchanged after your performance date has passed.
All sales are final. There are no refunds. If you cannot attend the performance date and time for which your tickets are issued, you can exchange your tickets to another performance date and time of the same production.
What if I’m running late?
House staff will seat you at the first appropriate opportunity. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. If you are unable to take your assigned seat, please accept the available seating and move to your regular seat at intermission.
Can I bring my child?
Every child 1 year and older must have a ticket to enter the theatre. There are no exceptions to this policy, and no child 1 year and older will be permitted to sit in a parent’s lap without a separate ticket. (Parents with children please be advised some full-length productions may not be appropriate for or hold the attention of younger children. The House Management staff may request a restless child and parent quietly exit to the lobby at any time during the performance.)
