Since Amon G. Carter, Sr., brought famed Broadway producer, Billy Rose, to Fort Worth to produce the 1936 Frontier Centennial Celebration with the “Show of Shows” in the colossal Casa Mañana Theatre as its centerpiece, “the House of Tomorrow” has been an essential fabric in the Fort Worth cultural tapestry. Today, Casa Mañana is the largest performing arts organization in Fort Worth reaching a total audience of almost 275,000 patrons each year from across North Texas as it produces the best of the American theatre canon at the Bass Performance Hall and the Casa Mañana Theatre, produces the only professional children’s theatre company in Tarrant County, offers professional theatre training at the Casa Mañana Theatre School, and reaches out to the community by taking theatre training and musical theatre into under-served, non-traditional settings through its numerous outreach programs.

As a not-for-profit organization, Casa Mañana relies upon the generosity of its patrons, as well as corporations, foundations and trusts to continue its mission. Without this support Casa Mañana’s 50 year history as a Texas cultural icon would come to a close. Please join the ever-growing number of contributors who support Casa Mañana with their tax-deductible donations. Contributors receive many generous benefits as our way of saying “thank you” for their support.
