Dates & Location
Camp Casa is June 30 - July 18 (no classes on July 4). Classes meet 9:00am to 5:30pm at Casa Mañana Theatre. Camp Casa 2008 culminates with
the production of Seussical The Musical, Jr., July 18 - 19 at Casa Mañana Theatre.Tuition for Camp Casa
Tuition for Camp Casa 2008 is $850 per student, which is due at the time of enrollment. A payment plan is available ($425 due upon enrollment, $425 due on May 16, 2008). Tuition covers all classes and supplies. Students are asked to provide their own meals and snacks throughout the Camp.

Camp Casa enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 80 students age 8 - 13 (students must be age 8 by June 30, 2008). Proof of age is required for 8 year olds.

This exciting educational experience blends the magic of performing live on stage at Casa Mañana Theatre with the opportunity to work alongside theatre professionals who guide Camp Casa students through the many disciplines of the performing arts.
Featuring a professional staff of theatre arts educators, Camp Casa is a three week program of daily classes and rehearsals leading up to the all-youth production of Seussical The Musical, Jr. From the first audition to the final curtain call, Camp Casa is three weeks of learning, laughing and sharing your talents.

The witty, wild and whimsical world of Dr. Seuss is coming to the stage as it has never been seen before. Just imagine a world where anything’s possible – an elephant in a tree, a person too tiny to see, a heroic child and dreams running wild! This is the world of the larger than life characters in Seussical The Musical, Jr. When chaos erupts in the Jungle of Nool, it will take the Cat In The Hat, Horton The Elephant and a gaggle of characters to restore harmony back to their world.
