Barry Humphries, the actor who stars as "Dame Edna Everage," was diagnosed with appendicitis and is now recovering from a recent appendectomy. The production of Dame Edna Live And Intimate originally scheduled for January 22 - 27 has been rescheduled to February 3 - 8, 2009 at the Bass Performance Hall.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this change in our show calendar may have caused, and hope that you will join us for the rescheduled engagement. Patrons with tickets for the original January 2008 engagement will be contacted by mail and/or email regarding the rescheduled engagement (please see below).

For Patrons With Tickets
Patrons with tickets for the original engagement, January 22 - 27, 2008 will receive new tickets for the rescheduled engagement, February 3 - 8, 2009 at the Bass Performance Hall. These tickets are for the exact same seating location, performance day of the week, and show time. We hope that you will join us for the rescheduled engagement. If for some reason you are unable to attend, you may return your tickets to the box office for a full refund, or you may make a tax-deductible donation of the full value of your ticket purchase to our Education and Outreach programs. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this change in our show schedule may have caused.
